We attempts to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on the GearOra. We will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products we sell. We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an email to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only. A set of User ID and Password is unique to a single account. Each Registered User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User ID and Password and for all activities that occur under your GearOra Account. No Registered User may share, assign, or permit the use of your GearOra Account, User ID or Password by another person outside of the Registered User’s own business entity. Registered User agrees to notify GearOra immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your GearOra Account. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) purchased. You realize that any delay in the process of delivery payment may constitute a contract breach, and you shall be solely responsible for such breach.

You may interact with the GearOra in numerous ways, including Reviews and Ratings, videos, Questions and Answers, Community Forums, testimonials, and email communication. You hereby grant GearOra a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, delete, and distribute any information, including when you allow GearOra to feature text, images and videos shared through social media or submitted through our Reviews and Ratings. You also grant us the right to use the name and social media handle that you use when you share content with us in connection with that content. When you share content to us, you will disclose any affiliation you have and you will not share anything that contains harmful computer code, references other websites, or is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, biased, threatening, or harassing.

All content included in or made available through GearOra Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio, video, and software is the property of GearOra or its content suppliers; and other material (collectively “Content”) is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights, and these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or developed in the future. The use of any of our intellectual property without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. GearOra trademarks, trade dress and other intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not GearOra’, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits GearOra. and GearOra owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such laws, the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of all Content.
